Rental pricing for events are
- Sunday - Thursday : $1800
- Fridays : $2200
- Saturdays : $2500
This price includes thirty (30) 60" tables, each of which fit 8 comfortably, 230 chairs, and
an onsite coordinator.
Please note, the Ballroom seats 180 guests for a seated dinner. You also have access
to our atrium room which is wonderful for cocktails before dinner and as a private
dance area. Only preferred caterers listed on our website are allowed to do food service.
Parking is additional at $6/car for the lot next to the building and is arranged
with Ann Benson at St. Louis University at (314) 977-3465.
To hold the date, we ask that clients submit a $500 deposit to be applied to the
facility rental fee. This amount is non-refundable. Also, a $500 security
deposit with the balance remaining is due 10 business days before the event. If
no damage is incurred, the $500 security deposit is returned.
